I absolutely 100% recommend this place!!! Food was phenomenal, but what really impressed me was the staff. Everytime I looked around the staff was busy doing something, no one was standing around. They all were working together as a team. Deb was the best server we have had since moving to Arizona. She explained the menu to us, wrote her name on the table, got our order right, was very friendly and even brought refills out without us even having to ask her! We are so glad we chose to celebrate our son’s birthday dinner here. What an amazing experience!!!! Keep up the good work, all of you!!!!
Father's Day at Angry Crab was perfect. Good food, great service and loving family. Fish & chips are very good. Others love the BAGS of seafood. Be careful spice runs hot.
I love getting takeout from here. The live crawfish is nice and fresh and we always get great service. I find all Angry Crab Shacks to be a little overstimulating to dine in but that’s a personal preference. Does not detract from the delicious food, which is why we order from here.
Such an unusual place and the food was great! Glad we had bibs and gloves!! My pictures do NOT do justice to the experience we had. Lobster rolls were delicious and less messy than the bags of shrimp and fish. But the bags and their contents were way more fun! Looking forward to going back for more!!
This was my first time visiting the Angry Crab Shack and I was not disappointed. My family had a great time, the food was awesome, and the service was exceptional. The next time I visit the Mesa Az area again, I will definitely stop here!

A fantastic seafood restaurant with amazing prices. There were so many great items. We were just in for a light snack so we shared the Shrimp & Grits and the Gumbo. Both amazing, each enough for a lunch for one and the S&G was only 12.00, the Gumbo 6.00. As good as any southern state we've had these where popular and much less expensive. The bread, also delicious.
First time here. Somewhat of a cool eclectic place, nice temp inside with outside seats available. Got seated right away and then met out waitress (Lauren). She explained the process of ordering then left to get our drinks. Edamone is excellent as is the dungeones crab and shrimp boil. The cod was a little too heavy on breading. Arrive hungry..you will not be disappointed. Lauren did an all around fantastic job. Reasonable priced.
